What we collect
Your growth-plan answers (property type, number of properties and rooms, goals, current channels and tools, follow-up needs, an optional budget range and timing) stay in your browser until you ask for a proposal. If you send the proposal form, we receive those answers, the recommendation shown to you and the details you enter: name, role, hotel or company, work email, WhatsApp number if you add it, and the language you want us to reply in. We also record the page you sent it from, the campaign tags of your visit (UTM), the page where you arrived and the domain you came from. We do not store your IP address with your request. This site uses no cookies and no third-party analytics.
If you send your plan by email or WhatsApp
The message is prepared on your device and sent from your own email or WhatsApp account, so you see everything before sending it. We receive only what you send, and handle it like any other request.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare your proposal and follow up about it. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising. The recommendation on the page is calculated automatically from your answers to guide the conversation: it is not a decision about you, and every proposal is prepared by a person.
Where it is stored
The form is sent through a function on our hosting provider (Netlify), which checks it and passes it to our workflow tool (n8n). n8n saves it in a private spreadsheet (Google Sheets) that works as our enquiry log and notifies our team. Netlify keeps no copy of the content. The campaign tags of your visit are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, only to attach them to your request. Each client's data is kept separate and never mixed with another client's.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to us. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
